HCG Chicken Cinnamon Curry Soup

Serves 1

Ingredients:

  • 100gr chicken breast, cubed
  • 1 medium onion, finely chopped
  • 750ml low sodium vegetable broth
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 tsp curry powder
  • 1/4 tsp cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp allspice
  • Sea salt and ground black pepper to taste

Preparation Method:

Combine all the ingredients into a saucepan, and bring to a boil.

Reduce the heat, cover and simmer for about 45 minutes.

Pour into a bowl and serve topped with a sprig of fresh parsley.
