Papadums
Depending where in India or Great Britain you come from Papadums have as many names and many varieties, but whatever you like to call them Papadums are a firm favourite with people who love the wonderful spicy food of the Indian subcontinent.
I’m pretty sure that you can make your own but why bother when they are so cheap to buy and easy to prepare.
For many years in the pre microwave days, I would fry Papadums up in a pan and they would drip oil and to be honest they never tasted as good as from my local take away. Ta da! Bring on the microwave and a really good reason to invest in a microwave. I’m not a fan of these ovens but a Papadum with 30 seconds full heat and hey presto! You have a tasty Papadum. Even better. Stand four in a large bowl and microwave for one minute and all four are done!
Simple!
